Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out an application for Seasonal Camping at Grangeways RV Park & Family Campground. We will be in touch as soon as we can!
Please note that upon acceptance of application, a 20% deposit will be required to put you on our waiting list for a seasonal site for year of application. Upon acceptance, please be advised that all new seasonal campers are subject to a one-year probationary period and thus are not guaranteed for future seasons with Grangeways Inc. if campground rules and regulations are not respected.
By submitting this application, you grant us permission to conduct a background check, credit check, reference check, or other research as means for approval, including but not limited to contacting previous seasonal parks for reference, if we so choose to do so. You understand your agreement with Grangeways Inc. is a License of Occupation (herein referred to as LOO) and does not constitute a landlord/tenant agreement or either a residential or commercial lease, and that your deposit is non-refundable. If you or Grangeways Inc. terminate your LOO for any reason before the season begins no refund of monies received will be given. If Grangeways Inc. terminates your contract during the camping season for any reason, no refund whatsoever will be given. You agree to abide by the terms outlined in the LOO , as well as seasonal rules and regulations both of which maybe updated occasionally without notice. You agree to be conscientious of your neighbors, take care of Campground property and your site, and keep your account with Grangeways current at all times including semi-annual electrical bills and site taxes (where applicable). You understand that any violation of the seasonal terms as stated in the agreement by you, your family or your guests may result in remedial action - including termination of your LOO / seasonal agreement. You understand that if your deposit for the next season is not received by the due date outlined in your renewal notice, your site may be released for the next camping season and may be posted on the list of available sites that is given to the public. Failure to abide by the agreed upon payment schedule could result in cancellation of your agreement without a refund. You hereby agree the information provided in this application is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you will abide by the terms and conditions as outlined in your LOO and the campgrounds seasonal rules and regulations and that you will pay your deposit upon approval.
